Halo Water Proofing is a OR-licensed Basement Waterproofing company that treats every Florence job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Our Florence crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Florence homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Florence technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Florence calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Florence homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Florence customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Florence homeowners connect to a basement problem.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Florence crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Florence foundation cracks with hydraulic cement injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →Some Florence properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Florence homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Florence property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
A real technician asks the right questions to understand what's likely happening at your Florence property before anyone drives out.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Florence horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
Our crews stage locally near Florence, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell — that changes the advice you actually get.
Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Florence customers through this process many times.
Word of mouth is still how most Florence customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
We back our Florence work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
