Background-checked Florence technicians · Real warranties
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Our Florence crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
Our Florence crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Florence technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Florence crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Florence homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Florence foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Florence homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Florence property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Florence foundation cracks with epoxy injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →Already have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check →An interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Florence basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.

No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Florence horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
We quote the job in writing after seeing it in person, so there's no surprise on the final invoice.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
We'd rather earn a repeat Florence customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Florence claim.
